Interim Consulting

Our prices depend on the cost to us of the selected project and vary from £850/day to £1,100/day plus VAT excluding business expenses.

The industry works on gross profit margins of 25% to 35%. We work on a 30-day from invoice basis and business mileage is claimed at 40 pence per mile.

Project Engagement

Project engagement fees are based on a monthly rate of £8,500/month to £11,000/month + vat excluding, business expenses.

The fees will depend on the seniority of consultant deployed, ranging from associate partner to practise head.

Managed Print Services

Managed print services engagements are based on a profit share basis.

Once our clients have identified areas of risk, we assess the savings that could be derived over a 1-5 year period, dependant on our customers brief.

For a one-year direct cost reduction project we will claim 20% of the savings. All future engagements are then on a decreasing sliding scale.
