KO of Oxford 

KO has three children one of whom is S who has cerebral palsy, difficulties with epilepsy, and damage to her brain.

Her husband works long hours to pay the bills and they’ve never had a holiday. 

They’d applied to a number of charities but were told that Mr O earned too much to qualify for help.  However, that answer never took account of the hours he worked to earn that money nor the fact that his income was still only 65% of the national average.

This family badly needs a break from the routines of doctors and hospitals and their request was supported by information from Oxford Social and Community Services.

Their holiday choice was Butlins at Bognor for which we met the cost of £500 which included some spending money.
