JC of Dorset 

JC runs a small nursery school for children with dyslexia, dyspraxia, aspergers, auditory and sensory issues, social exclusion, co-ordination problems etc. 

To help children with these difficulties, JC wanted to attend a sound therapy course in Scotland and to buy the special equipment needed for testing and treatment. 

After speaking with one of our fundraisers, and reading one of our leaflets, she rather bashfully requested help - fearing that because she had no children of her own, we would not consider it.

When seeing how many children this therapy and equipment would help, we readily agreed to pay £1,755 for the course, travel, accommodation and purchase of the equipment necessary for testing and giving support.
