TELEPHONE SYSTEMS
Icom provide a multi-vendor range of telephone systems to meet all business requirements. Although independent of any single vendor, we have created partner relationships with preferred manufacturers including Avaya, Nortel and Panasonic. Where there is a requirement for another system, we have experience in specifying, installing and maintaining a number of other manufacturers as well as peripherals including Voicemail, DECT and Call loggers. Our up to date knowledge combined with our experience of legacy equipment, gives us a unique ability to design both traditional and VoIP solutions utilising as much existing technology and infrastructure as possible.
STRUCTURED CABLING
Icom provide IT cabling solutions ranging from complete building structured cabling systems to small moves, changes and additions, encompassing voice and data legacy systems as well as the latest products. At the heart of our cabling solutions are planning and design allowing for future requirements as well as the provision of expert project management to ensure minimum disruption during implementation. Icom are formally accredited for various cabling systems. Installation standards are kept high with constant reviewing of the major component manufacturers such as RW Data, Excel, Molex and BRCC. Our engineers attend regular training and product updates with manufacturers to ensure that we continue to install to the highest standards. Icom will use the most appropriate materials, respecting the highest standards in workmanship and ensuring the most stringent attention is paid to detail, particularly when it comes to final presentation.
SUPPORT SERVICES
Icom has a national pool of operationally experienced engineers both in house and approved partners that provide on-site support and management to help keep control of Telecommunications and IT Infrastructure throughout customers estates. Whether resources are needed to perform a scheduled equipment replacement, emergency onsite technical troubleshooting, additional cabling or other changes on a time and material basis we can provide fully qualified Field Engineers available onsite throughout the UK. Our Telecoms Maintenance Engineers are trained and equipped to provide support on a national, regional, or local basis underpinned by our service centre providing telephone support and remote system diagnostics. Currently servicing a vast array of industries of all sizes, we understand the variety of specific needs, and therefore tailor service agreements to match business requirements.
