• Undertakes a set probationary period
• Undertakes specific induction and training programmes

Training and Staff Development

At Nellsar, our commitment is to provide the highest standards of care to all our service users. We do this by recruiting and retaining a highly skilled team of dedicated and professional staff.

All staff receive a comprehensive induction programme and on-going development and training needs are met following appraisal and supervision.
On-going development can be obtained by working in other specialities within local Nellsar homes. There are often opportunities for promotion within the company.
