Number of people: Maximum 4 for any one session.
Types of people who should take this course: Staff responsible for the design and management of inbound and outbound campaigns; representative from IT, responsible for maintaining the SYNTHESYS™ server.
Entry requirements: General experience of using Windows and MS Office applications.
Course Content: This course is structured around a range of practical exercises, designed to introduce attendees to the different SYNTHESYS™ modules and to quickly build up the skills needed to use the system and to enable participants to then apply their knowledge for the design of their own campaigns.
Designing some basic callflows or webflows
Adding and configuring ActiveX or Web controls
Setting up CRM and importing customer data
Adding Outbound campaigns, creating and managing call lists
Setting up reports and report schedules (SQI, Export, HTML Email, Crystal)

Commercial Overview of SYNTHESYS™
Length of Course: 1 day
Number of people: Maximum 6 for any one session.
Types of people who should take this course: Staff who will not be involved in the design and management of campaigns on a daily basis, but who need a good understanding of the various SYNTHESYS™ or SYNTHESYS™.Net modules for demonstration purposes, for example Project co-ordinators, internal consultants, IT people.
Staff members who will be designing callflows or webflows and reports and are involved in the day-to-day running of the call centre need to attend the SYNTHESYS™ or SYNTHESYS™.Net Proficienct course.
Training: Demonstrations of all aspects of the system, minimal hands-on experience.
SYNTHESYS™ Database Structure & Reporting
Length of Course: 1 - 2 days
Number of people: Maximum 2 for any one session.
Types of people who should take this course: IT Staff and staff involved in the design and scheduling of reports.
Entry requirements: Commercial Overview of SYNTHESYS™ or SYNTHESYS™ callflow or webflow design; report building with Crystal Reports or Cognos Impromptu; general understanding of databases.
