We provide a full range of comprehensive training courses in order to ensure that you are fully confident in the use of all aspects of our Software Framework. These vary from end user through to technical training on all aspects of the SYNTHESYS™ modules and components, and the generation and delivery of reports, data exports, integration, configuration and so on.

Noetica Synthesys™ Courses

Noetica provides the following training modules:

  

SYNTHESYS™ Callflow and Webflow Design

 

Length of Course: 3  - 4 days
Number of people: Maximum 4 for any one session.
 

Types of people who should take this course: Staff involved in the design and management  of inbound and outbound campaigns.

Entry requirements: General experience of using Windows and MS Office applications.

Course Content: The course is structured around a range of  practical exercises, designed to introduce attendees to the different SYNTHESYS™ modules and to quickly build up the skills needed to use the system and to enable attendees to then apply their knowledge for the design of their own campaigns.

Topics covered include:

Designing some basic callflows or webflows

Setting up CRM and importing customer data

Adding Outbound campaigns, creating and managing call lists

Adding agents and assigning user permissions

Assigning agents to campaigns using teams

Introduction to managing campaigns, scheduling reports

Introduction to the SYNTHESYS™ database structure
 

Commercial Overview of SYNTHESYS™

 
Length of Course: 1 day
Number of people: Maximum 6 for any one session.
 
Types of people who should take this course: Staff who will not be using the system themselves, except possibly for demonstration purposes, but do need to have an in-depth understanding of what each module of the system can do, for example Project co-ordinators, internal consultants, IT people. Please note: this course is not designed for staff who will be designing callflows or reports or involved in the day-to-day running of the call centre.       
 
Training: Demonstrations of all aspects of the system, minimal hands-on experience.
 
 

SYNTHESYS™ Database Structure & Reporting


Length of Course: 1 - 2 days
Number of people: Maximum 2 for any one session.

Types of people who should take this course: IT Staff and staff involved in the design and scheduling of reports.
Entry requirements: Commercial Overview of SYNTHESYS™ or SYNTHESYS™ callflow or webflow design; report building with Crystal Reports or Cognos Impromptu; general understanding of databases.

Course Content:
Understanding of SYNTHESYS™ Callflow Structure 
Understanding the SYNTHESYS™ Database Structure
Stock tables; Custom tables & CRM tables 
The 'Sequence_ID' 
In SYNTHESYS™ Campaign Manager:
Adding and scheduling reports
Checking and editing report runs 

 

System Administration

 

Length of Course: 1 day (includes Overview of SYNTHESYS™)
Number of people: Maximum 2 for any one session.

Types of people who should take this course: IT people and staff who will be involved in database and server maintenance.

 Database maintenance 
 The Campaign Manager
 Performing houseKeeping 
 Server maintenance  
 Disk space & backups
